I'm in a mad rush to get this 1990 TT going well enough to drop it off at the auctions before Christmas so I can come home to NZ. I'm having quite a few dramas with it, the poor thing has had a hard life.
The problem of the hour right now is that when I popped the headlights up they both came up no dramas, then when I went to put them back down again the left one goes down, up, down, up, down, up and stays there. So now it's winking at me, which won't be good for the sale price.
Somebody must have experienced this before? I'm thinking some sort of limit switch (similar to the machine gun locks) or maybe a relay?
