What bushes do you need exactly? If you're planning to replace everything, just get the 3sx kit because local supplier listings will fail spectacularly. 

Autolign do Nolathane bushes and had a reasonable amount of bushes listed for the GTO last time I needed some (this was years ago though).
SAS didn't have any listings but ended up having bushes once I gave them dimensions. This was years ago too. Also I think they're trade only and don't do over the counter sales. 
BNT generally get their bushes from Autolign. 

Urethane bushes are fine, they're noticeably firmer than your stock saggy rubber ones though.

Thanks. Main control arm bush is going on one side (Gen2 style) so want to do both sides at least. All of the bushes feel like they are getting tired even if it still gets a warrant. Certainly feels saggy these days. Felt quite sharp on OE bushes 10 years ago. My worry is with urethane/nolathane that they will be too harsh and transmit a lot of NVH into the car. Also do they crack after a couple of years?

They don't crack often, when they do it often comes down to incorrect installation. Aftermarket rubber bushes can fall to bits too. 

Up to you whether you go nolathane or rubber. The more bushes you replace with nolathane, the more noticeable it will be.

Have you priced genuine? 

No, I was told by someone else you can't get them but I should actually ask the question. I got factory rear shocks 3 years ago and they were also well priced.

The more urethane you put in, the less floppy it is and the more "race car" it becomes. It doesn't take much to lose the stock comfort once you start replacing rubber suspension bits with urethane or solid bits. Same goes for engine mounts. 

Looking at urethane bush suppliers, Super-Pro are rated better than Nolathane and Whitehouse by other forums and suspension tuners. They all make bushes for GTOs. Super-Pro make a point of saying that their control arm bushes are only about 15% stiffer than rubber although other products are more rigid depending on the location/use. Lifetime warranty, if fitted correctly. The only trouble is that their listing for the bushes shows round not triangular shape for Gen2. However later Verada/Magna/V3000 listing shows the correct shape. Just checking to see if they are interchangable - surely the same?

Should be. Funny that they've still got those round ones listed, surely someone would've told them by now that they don't work properly. Are you going to do the small bushes on the bracket too?

Mine are due to be done soon (I've been saying this for years but it keeps getting WOFs), would be handy to have the right numbers on hand. 

Just waiting to hear back from Super-Pro if they are the same part for sure then will price up but it makes sense to do all control arm bushes if I can. Although it'd be interesting to see which ones make the most difference and it's a job I could probably be bothered doing myself, so just a bit of extra labour on my part I guess. We'll see. Maybe I can't be... Don't get old!
